Coriander seeds are used in brewing certain styles of beer. Coriander seeds are used to promote digestion, used as anti-diabetic, used to lower cholesterol and used to control blood sugar. There are varieties like Eagle Quality Coriander, Split Eagle Quality Coriander, Single Parrot and Scooter Quality Coriander.
